The State of California has delayed until August its release its final report on EMF The draft of this important report suggested that magnetic fields are a serious health risk.

The Sunfish Lake case was heard before Judge Rex D. Stacy on Monday, May 13 We have posted the Xcel and Sunfish Lake briefs here. The judge found for Xcel. The judge's decision may be found here. The Mendota Heights appeal was heard on Tuesday, May 7 by the Minnesota Court of Appeals. The court should render its decision in less than 30 days.
